- When does the time start for my session?
- Once you arrive for your appointment, everything will be ready to start your shoot. We will spend a few minutes planning and discussing goals for the shoot, then the session will begin.
- Are we allowed to change clothes during a session?
- During mini sessions, time does not allow for full wardrobe changes, however a quick shirt change to have a few different looks is likely possible.
- During 1-hour sessions, time is allowed for 1 full change. Additional changes will deduct from the session time.
- During 2-hour sessions, 3 full changes are allowed. Additional changes will deduct from the session time.
- What happens if there is inclement weather on the day of my outdoor shoot?
- If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule for the next available appointment, or move the shoot indoors. The decision is left to the client. Depending on the location, circumstances may allow for a shoot to go on as planned despite the weather.
- How long will it take to get my images?
- You will receive a private link and password to your preview gallery within 2 days of your shoot. The remaining images will be available within 10 days of your shoot.
- Once you view your complete gallery, you will make your print choices. Prints will be ready 5 to 7 days after ordering, depending on choice of package.
- Do prints come with the cost of the session?
- Each session will come with a complimentary 8 X 10 print. Additional prints can be ordered separately.
- What if I don't have a location for my photo shoot?
- We will discuss your goals for the photo shoot and help you choose one of many locations, indoors or outdoors, we like to use. And don't worry, you won't have pictures that look just like someone else's, even though the location may be the same.
- How do I pay for my photo session?
- Online via our purchase page prior to your shoot
- Check or money order by mail prior to your shoot
- Cash or credit/debit card at the time of your shoot
- Can you provide a hair/makeup stylist or wardrobe stylist for my shoot?
- For an additional charge, we can provide a stylist. If you need this service, please make us aware at the time you book your shoot. All charges will be paid directly to the stylist.
- What happens if I am not satisfied with my images?
- We work very hard to understand your vision for the photo shoot. You will fill out a client information form and we will discuss it in great detail. We will also take a look at images during the shoot to make sure we are headed in the right direction. We take these steps to ensure we are providing you with high quality images you will cherish and love.
- How do I refer my friends and is there a referral fee given?
